Dr. Yousef Abou Allaban
Dr. Yousef completed his medical school at Aleppo University in 1988, and then moved to the USA and completed his training in psychiatry at Harvard Medical School. He obtained a master of Business Administration from Anna Maria College, class of 2000. He was assistant professor in psychiatry at University of Massachusetts Medical School.
Dr. Khaldoun Mozahem
Dr. Mozahem is a triple board certified neurologist with American Board Certifications in adult neurology, sleep medicine, and clinical neurophysiology. He graduated from Damascus University medical school, finished his residency training in neurology at University of Cincinnati, Ohio, USA. He also completed fellowships in clinical neurophysiology and epilepsy, and sleep medicine at University of Cincinnati, and Wayne State University in the USA.
Dr. Atif Mustafa
Dr. Atif completed his medical school at Tarakya University in Turkey. He went on to receive a Ph.D. in Psychiatry from Istanbul University in 1990.
Ms. Ingrid Krynauw
Ingrid Krynauw is South African and obtained her honors and Master’s degree in psychology at the University of Stellenbosch, Cape Town, South Africa. She is married with two children and moved to the UAE in mid 2009.
Ms. Asma Naheed
Asma Naheed obtained her Masters in Educational Psychology with the major in Curriculum and Instruction from George Mason University, Virginia, US. In 2008, she received her second Master in Special Education from the same university, and a Post Graduate Special Education Professional License treating Learning Disabilities, Emotional Disturbance, ADHD and Autism from Commonwealth of Virginia, Department of Education. Her undergraduate degree in Psychology is from Punjab University, Lahore.
Ms. Eva Jajonie
Eva Jajonie began working in mental health in 1990 after earning her Masters in Clinical Psychology-Family, Youth and children from Wayne State University, USA; and Counseling in Educational Settings from Michigan State University in 2001. She began her experience over 20 years ago working as a Clinical Psychotherapist/Children Social Worker for the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services, Oakwood Hospital Psychiatric Unit, Mental Health Clinics among non-profit organization. Her areas of specialization include individual and group therapy with adults, couples, and families; individual therapy with adolescents; stress management; conflict resolution; and brief solution-focused therapy. Other areas of interest and experience include evaluation of learning disabilities and attention deficit disorders and consultation with parents and educators in meeting the needs of learning disabled adolescents and ADHD children.
Ms. Aliya Paula Sardar
Aliya Sardar received her B.S. in Speech Pathology and Audiology (Cum Laude) and M.S., in Speech –Language Pathology (SLP) from California State University Sacramento (USA). During her academic years, Aliya participated in the Applied Communication Sciences laboratory (ACSL) and was accredited for her works in multiple studies which were published in the American Speech and Hearing Journals...
Ms. Susan Partridge
Sue Partridge qualified as a clinical psychologist in the UK in 1983 and remains a licensed practitioner psychologist with the Health Professions Council under her maiden name of Clement. She obtained her Masters degree in Psychopathology from the University of Leicester and holds the British Psychological Society Diploma in Clinical Psychology.
Dr. Carrie York
Dr. Carrie York is a Wellness Consultant and Head of American Center for Wellness. She has a PhD in Psychology (USA), an MA in Middle East Studies (AUB-Lebanon), and a BA in International Studies (USA). She is a member of the National Wellness Institute (USA) and the American Psychological Association.
Dr. Salwa Zaky Hanna
Salwa Zaky Hanna is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas, USA and is also a Board Approved Counseling Supervisor. Salwa is pursuing her License from the Health Authority of Abu Dhabi (HAAD) as Senior Public Health Officer / Psychology Counselor.
Ms. Sadaf Khwaja
Sadaf Khwaja is an Educational Specialist, trained and qualified in the United States. She obtained her MBA (Marketing) from Southeastern University, Washington DC in 1995, and in 1998 obtained an M.Ed.(Counseling) from Providence College, Rhode Island. She augmented her counseling degree by completing a Conflict Mediation Training Workshop held by the Arizona Institute for Dispute Resolution. Her passion has been in Career/Vocational Guidance and Personal Counseling.
Ms. Abeer Bashar Al- Bittar
She completed her High school from Aisha school in Abu Dhabi in 2000, she then went on to receive her Bachelors in Pharmacy in Ajman University for Science and Technology in Abu Dhabi in 2005. She then equalized her medical degree in Syria in 2006.
Ms. Dalia Mohammed Saleh
Dr. Dalia graduated from the faculty of pharmacy at Helwan University in Egypt. She worked at a general hospital in Egypt . She then went on the obtain her diploma in Microbiology from the faculty of Pharmacy in Cairo University after that she was appointed Pharmacist manager for 5 years. Presently she has joined the American Center team in Abu Dhabi.
Mr. Abdelwahab Elgendy
Mr. Abdelwahab Elgendy completed his education at Mansoura University, Faculty of Pharmacy, in May 2004 in Egypt. He began work with the government department of pharmacy from 2004 to 2008 in Egypt. He then transferred to Abu Dhabi where he was employed as pharmacist in charge at a private pharmacy until 2010. Currently, he has joined the American Center team and is working as a pharmacist at the American Center Pharmacy.
Mr. Rehmat Karim
Mr Rehmat completed his high school and secondary school education from federal board Islam abad Pakistan. He completed his graduation (BSc) and Masters in public administration (MPA) from Karachi University. He completed his diploma in clinical Neurophysiology from Aga Khan University hospital Karachi Pakistan and working as Neurophysiology Technologist from May 2005 to 30 May 2010.
