Mrs. Carina Ghossoub obtained her Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.) in Clinical Nutrition & Dietetics in 2013 from Notre Dame University (NDU), Lebanon. She gained her clinical expertise while working as a clinical dietitian in a hospital setting for 3 years and attended multiple training programs for eating disorders since 2017.
She has been working in the UAE since 2017, and joined ACPN Dubai branch since 2018, as clinical dietitian and as part of the multi-disciplinary outpatient Eating Disorders and Obesity program to treat individuals from all ages who suffer from Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, Other Specified Eating Disorders and weight management.
As a clinical dietitian, Mrs. Ghossoub counsels and educates patients for pre and post bariatric surgeries, weight management, diabetes, chronic diseases, pregnancy as well as childhood obesity. She provides individualized nutritional management and treatment tailored to achieve physical and psychological recovery, establish healthy long-term dietary habits, and an active adoption of a healthy lifestyle.
