Tasneem Olla

Ms. Tasneem Olla is an Occupational Therapist at ACPN Abu Dhabi. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Stellenbosch, Cape Town, South Africa (2020).Ms. Olla has completed postgraduate training in Sensory Integration through the Sensory Integration Association of South Africa and advanced modules throughAlfaisalUniversity in Riyadh. She is licensed to practice in South Africa through the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) and in the UAE through the Dubai Health Authority(DHA), Dubai.

With overfiveyears of clinical experience, Ms. Olla worked across school-based, clinic, and community settings in South Africa and the UAE. Her professional journey includes roles in mainstream and special needs schools, pediatric practices, and public healthcare services. She has provided occupational therapy services to children with a wide range of developmental, sensory, learning, and physical challenges. Ms. Olla has also practiced privatelyofferingpediatricoccupational therapy, gaining experience in clinical leadership, service development, and multidisciplinary collaboration. She regularly works alongside teachers, ABA therapists, speech therapists, and families to support inclusive education andskill building.

Ms. Olla’s clinical interests are centered on pediatric occupational therapy, particularly school-based intervention. She supports children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, sensory processing challenges, developmental delays, learning and physical challenges. Her practice incorporatestechniques including sensory integration therapy, classroom-based interventions, home therapy programs, and parent and teacher training. Ms. Olla is passionate aboutenabling children through inclusive environments wheretheycan thrive academically, socially, and emotionally while working with families and educators to supporttheirlong-term success.
